DAOwen Publications Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 4th, 2025

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the DAOwen Publications Affiliate Program. By joining the program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment in the Program Affiliates may apply via https://daowenpublications.ca/affiliate-home/affiliate-register/. DAOwen Publications reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion without the obligation to provide reasoning.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates must use their assigned unique tracking links for all promotions.
• Paid search advertising (PPC) on DAOwen brand terms (including variations and misspellings) is strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates may not make misleading claims about DAOwen Publications, its products, or its authors.
• Authors published by DAOwen Publications and their immediate family members are ineligible for the affiliate program.
• Affiliates may not impersonate DAOwen Publications, any of its imprints, or its authors.

3. Prohibited Marketing Practices The use of unsolicited or bulk email (“spam”) to generate affiliate sales is strictly prohibited. Affiliates found using such methods will have their account suspended or terminated immediately. Any commissions earned during the period in violation will be forfeited.

4. Commissions and Payments

• Affiliates earn a 20% commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique links.

• Payments are issued at the end of the month following the sale.

• Payments are made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via PayPal or Email Money Order.

• For Email Money Orders, funds will be converted to the affiliate’s local currency where applicable.

• DAOwen Publications reserves the right to impose a minimum payout threshold.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks If a customer requests a refund or if a chargeback occurs, the corresponding affiliate commission will be voided or deducted from future earnings.

6. Termination DAOwen Publications reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination for cause, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

7. Disclaimer of Liability DAOwen Publications is not liable for any actions taken by affiliates. Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with local laws and fulfilling tax obligations related to their earnings.

8. Modifications DAOwen Publications may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
